After a free consultation and initial report, there is a £595 (+VAT) engagement fee, and a 1.5% (+ VAT) completion fee on the purchase of the property or investment.
Will taking a mortgage against my property reduce my IHT?
Unfortunately, in most cases, it will not reduce the incidence of IHT. Our consultants will, however, guide you to achieve approved tax mitigation.
