Our pricing is fair and simple
On our internal valuations we receive £395 -795 (+ vat)
On the closing purchase of your property - you receive 72-82% of the reduction from asking price, we receive 18-28%
If there is no saving for you there is no commission for us. WE MAKE MONEY FOR YOU.
The option to pay a flat rate of 1.3% to 1.8% + VAT on the purchase price is always available.
